We engaged this lawyer to help us with litigation. He indicated that his fees would be roughly $5,000. He was $350,000. short. He uses books instead of technology to search for precedents. This was very, very expensive. His court room presentation was sloppy, in our opinion. He was a poor choice for us, and should have helped us find a better choice upon realization of this on his end.
