We took on Mr. Vitanza as our lawyer for the closing of the house I purchased. We chose him because he was our creditor's lawyer and it just seemed easier. HOWEVER, Mr. Vitanza is very unwelcoming. Did not respond to ANY of my phone calls to him, refused to email me back, and blatantly disregarded my role (THE BUYER) in this process. DO NOT take him as your attorney if you can avoid it. I can't believe he has been in practice so long.
