Knowledge, experience and caring

All the other lawyers I consulted with said I would have to pay permanent alimony. I am glad I hired Holly Gershon. With Holly’s knowledge and ingenuity I was able to settle my case without alimony and without going to court. I recommend She always responded promptly to all my questions, I recommend her to any man or woman who needs to get out of a bad marriage.

Painless Prenuptial Agreement

I went to Holly for help with a very delicate matter: a prenuptial agreement. It was an uncomfortable task that i was faced with, but Holly really stepped in and made the process pain free. She was very straight forward and mapped out everything clearly as to what reasonable expectations there should be (from both sides). I appreciated her attention to detail, and knowledge of Florida law. I greatly appreciated her no nonsense approach, and felt that she was always ready and willing to help as the negotiations progressed. Her excellent way of articulating her thoughts truly showed that she had my best interest in mind while condensing the time accrued;whereas other attorneys may drag tasks out to bill more hours. In the end, Holly was able to put my mind at ease and I am certain that I am 100% protected. This was all accomplished while still being civil with my spouse, and now I am enjoying being married while also avoided any stress.

Not worth your time!

Scheduled a consultation with Holly and was very disappointed. Holly was cold and provided little information. Not an attorney that listens and certainly has lost compassion. She invited me to call with questions and when i called she was rude and told me to make another consultation appointment. Going to find another attorney.....
