The issues for determination in this case are whether Respondent's license to practice osteopathic medicine should be revoked or otherwise disciplined for the reasons set forth in the Administrative Complaint, specifically for: 1) Respondent's failure to meet the acceptable standard of care for osteopathic medicine in his treatment of Patients S.R., K.P., R.Y., V.E., C.K., and S.P.; and 2) Respondent's failure to keep adequate medical records for the named patients.Osteopathic physician practiced below the standard of care in three instances of misprescribing medications and in failing to maintain adequate medical records.
