I made the mistake of hiring this guy after he spoke at the ABA conference. I have since discovered he created a giant mess of legal entities that were wrong and unnecessary and racked up a ton in fees for no reason. Furthermore despite his LLM in Tax, he failed to advise on everything he should have -- even obtaining a TAX ID and set me up doing business with unethical and unresponsive third parties. He took 6 months longer than he stated he would to create a nightmare it will take me years and many thousands to undo. I now have a great lawyer who has set about educating me on the full extent of the mess and trying to remedy it.
