I am still reeling how Law Enforcement and the Court System could allow an Injunction and a Criminal Mischief (1st Degree) to proceed solely on the biases of the “word” of one bad neighbor. In the Injunction case, Mr. Swerbilow got the Judge to say what we wanted to hear, that my wife and I could file an injunction against this neighbor, that this neighbor was lying, being the aggressor and much more; the case was DISSMED.
