Drug charges dropped

I was driving with my friend and we got pulled over. The police said they smelled marijuana then asked my friend consent to a search. He didn't consent but they searched anyway. Apparently my friend had 25 grams of pot in the car and we both got charged with possession and trafficking. Mr. Hecker was able to prove that I had nothing to do with the drugs and all of the charges against me got dropped. Mr. Hecker is a great attorney andI would recommend him to anyone that needs legal help!

My worst nightmare happened when I chose him as my attorney.

My experience with Mr Hacker was a horrible experience. I would not recommend his legal service to my worst enemy and that's being kind. My worst nightmare happened when I chose him as my defense attorney. And I paid him in FULL for his service maybe that was my error.

Car Stop thrown out

I was recommended to Mr Hecker from a cousin of mine. I was stopped in Pembroke Pines at 3 in the morning for dark tint. They illegally searched my car . They said I gave consent and I didn't . Mr Hecker's investigator found a witness who saw and heard the whole thing from her porch, and she testified that the police were lying about me giving consent and the judge threw the case out. My lawyer before Mr Hecker wanted me to plead to probation and wouldn't do it so I fired him and hired Mr Hecker. That was the best thing I could have done !

Great Outcome

I hired Scott Hecker when my now ex filed bogus domestic violence charges against me. My visitation with my daughter was suspended and I was arrested. Mr Hecker got her admit in deposition that she lied to the Police. The State still wanted to go to trial, so we did, AND WON Due to his Knowledge of the law, the Judge dismissed the case before the Jury got it. THAT WAS GREAT

very difficult white collar crime

He is very knowledgeable and you will see him moving around in court talking to the state attorney... I wished he was more aggressive and not eager for more continuance. When you have a supposed victim say in court "I dont want restitution because I feel he didn't steal from me" admitting infront of the state attorney and the judge, why wouldn't you ask for a continuation? just put the motion to terminate the probation... But that's the case of the majority of lawyers today! They will only be aggressive depending on how much you spend on them.

he did what he said he would do

I was arrested for trafficking in my own medication. I was set up by an informant and Mr Hecker was successful in having my charges dropped. He filed a motion to dismiss for entrapment and the court granted it

Very good experience

We hired Mr. Hecker to represent our daughter on a criminal matter. He was very professional and was successful in having all charges dropped. I would recommend him to any one needing representation in court.

Terrible Choice

Don't make the same mistake I did by hiring him. Traffic ticket for speeding charged me $200 and then two months later asked me for $200 more when the ticket was only a $80 ticket the outcome was I had to pay it anyways ....

Worst Lawyer Ever .... Period

Hired him for a simple battery charge and he told me I should just have it continued for a few years to let people go away well then he call me and of course kept asking for more and more money and not only did that waste time and money he couldn't even get a deal worked out even though there was no witness or cameras; even waited till trial 'my idea' and no one showed up he knew but he was so sure they would and suggested do a open plea I regret every day I hired/listened to him. What a terrible lawyer if you want a plea or dismal keep looking he wasted my time and money. If you are reading this trust your better judgment and avoid this man he sucks even the bail bondsman told me I was screwed when I went to get my money back even the local bondsman says he is a overworked lawyer and takes cases for very very cheap when a court appointed would probably do you better and spend more time.
