In fact there have been no cases w/Mr. Eighmie, only my experience w/him over several years in bar and professionally-related matters. Based upon that, he is rated as a man of outstanding character, both in terms of morals and ethis, for all purposes of your review. My experience w/him from a legal practice standpoint is otherwise limited.

I worked with Hugh for a couple years when he practiced in NC. I found him to be very caring and compassionate about his clients' needs. He used good judgment and communication skills in advising clients regarding their rights and legal obligations. He has a strong background in litigation and continues those efforts in his practice as a solo practitioner in Florida. We continue to associate him on cases which occur in Florida when we need local counsel.
