The issue to be determined is what amount of the $10,652.23 Medicaid lien held by Respondent, Agency for Health Care Administration ("Respondent" or "Agency"), is recoverable by Respondent from the $65,000.00 settlement reached by Petitioner, Tya-Marie Savain ("Petitioner" or "Savain"), in her related personal injury action.Petitioner did not prove that the agency's Medicaid lien amount should be reduced. The agency is awarded the full amount of the undisputed lien amount it held for Medicaid payments made on behalf of the Petitioner.
