He did what others said couldn't be done

We contacted several other lawyers who said that we could not sue the Florida Department of Children and Families for wrongfully entering our home and removing our children. Then we found Alistair McKenzie. He not only took our case, he attacked it like a bulldog! Because he was so thorough, persistent, and passionate, we are the ONLY family that has ever collected money from the Florida DCF for wrongfully removing children. He is a great lawyer who is passionate about civil rights. I highly recommend him.

Dude is a BEAST!

I hired Mr. McKenzie for a case last year. The case involved my local police department which is notoriously corrupt. Mr McKenzie did a fantastic job. This guy is a shark and I highly recommend him.

ECUA Public Records Request

I filed a pro se public records request lawsuit against (ECUA) Emerald Coast Utilities Authority. They responded very aggressively and I went to Alistair McKenzie. Alistair filed a great amended complaint, advised me on their depositions and hearings, and even more aggressively litigated our claim in Court with success! All of the McKenzie firm staff are great to work with. I highly recommend the McKenzie law firm!!

The best and most generous lawyer in Pensacola

Alistair McKenzie is the best and most generous lawyer in town. He's fearless in court, and he's always on the side of justice. He gives back to the community and does amazing work. For instance, he helped our non-profit get our 501(c)3 paperwork filed and did so out of the kindness of his heart. I couldn't praise him enough. A great person with a big heart, and the best lawyer in town.

Wow!

Mr. Alistair goes above and beyond! Any time I look back and see myself worrying about my case I wonder why I ever did. He took care of everything and more. He is confident in his work and knows what he is doing and has no need to sell you on that , because it is a given. I would refer him to anyone and will definitely be seeing him again if I ever happen to need a lawyer. Very friendly and courteous staff as well. Couldn't see myself finding a better lawyer or team.

Best Civil Rights Lawyer in Pensacola

I was one of Mr. McKenzie's first clients, representing me in a First Amendment issue. He is very intelligent and has a "take no prisoner" attitude in the courtroom. He keeps me very up to date as to what is going on in our case; as well as, gives great advice towards the course of action that we should head. He has worked tirelessly on the case. I can not think of another lawyer that takes the law and the constitution as serious as he does. I have the utmost respect for him as well as his resolve towards life, liberty, and the pursuit of justice.
