If it were not for the legal assistance that I received from Mr. Warren I would not have gotten my Hurricane Sally claim paid by my insurance company. He filed a Civil Remedy Notice on my behalf and got the insurance company to sit up and take notice, finally. My claim has been paid and the difference between what the insurance company offered shortly after the hurricane and what the ultimate outcome was is nothing short of amazing. After throwing up our hands in frustration over an insurance dispute, Phillip took on the case and brought it to a very positive conclusion. The insurance company simply stopped communicating with us (I guess that's a "tactic" they use) and we were getting nowhere.
