The issue to be resolved in this proceeding concerns whether the Respondent, an educational support employee, has committed conduct which shows him to be not of good moral character, as envisioned in Section 231.02, Florida Statutes, and whether good cause exists to terminate him from his employment with the Petitioner as a result of this conduct.
