Exceptional Experience

In July, I unexpectedly lost my job of 15 years and had to seek legal counsel regarding that separation. Jacob Auerbach was referred to me by an attorney friend of the family. I contacted Jacob, consulted with him and retained him to represent me. From the very beginning Jacob was very accessible. He was very compassionate, professional, and really took the time to discuss all options with explanations of the pros and cons of each option. He and his assistant, Mary, made an emotionally difficult process extremely painless. I plan on using Jacob for any labor related representation I may need in the future. Excellent

I needed help with a document my employer wanted me to sign before paying me overtime due. I couldn't comprehend the language or the reason why. I contacted 2 other firms. One said they will call me which never did. The other never called at all. I contacted attorney Auerbach, he immediately reviewed the document. Shortly after, my employer dismissed me paying what I thought is was due to me. I thought since I got paid and did not have to signed their document I did not need legal assistance any longer. I was wrong! The way I accrued the overtime, not only was illegal but also I was shorted money and my dismissal was illegal. In less than 3 months he had a settlement without going to court. I am so glad I made the decision to meet him. He fought for me. He replied to all my emails promptly. His professionalism was beyond expectation. Easy to talk to and he explained every issue in "plain English". I highly recement him. Thank you.

A+ Experience with Unemployment Appeal

Jacob and his staff thoroughly listened to the circumstances surrounding my case, explained how the law works surrounding the matter and his honest opinion on options on if and how I could pursue legal action. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, knowledge, and overall expertise that I actually was comfortable enough to hire Jacob on the spot (something I don't generally do). Great experience

I hired Jacob last minute to help me with an unemployment appeal. The company I was working for called 8 witnesses and was determined to make sure I did not receive unemployment benefits. Jacobs and I won! He was a great help! I would highly recommend him to anyone.
