Contract Resolution

My wife and I needed to replace our tile roof following a major hurricane. We selected a roofer who was highly recommended by a friend. He convinced me to sign an agreement to allow him to deal directly with my insurance company, actually misleading me with some absolutely false information. We selected James Boatman and his law firm to represent us as we endeavored to get legal control back from this fraudulent roofing company. I could not have been happier with the service provided by Mr. Boatman and his legal team, including attorneys Joseph Bare, Stephen Schahrer as well as Amy Juarez and the entire Boatman administrative staff. Totally professionals

They dealt with a case involving a bank and were able to do the research it turned up a flaw in the bank's litigation which rendered the litigation unenforceable therefore saved me the headaches a dealing with a $400,000 judgment I couldn't say more about the professionalism and the way it was handled would highly recommend them to anyone

My wife and I hired Mr. Boatman as our attorney to assist us with multiple foreclosure possibilities for condos we owned in Pensacola, FL. We hired Jim Boatman to help with building violations by construction next door which affected our property.
