An excellent attorney; he will win the case for you

I had reviewed a few employment and labor attorneys/firms online and consulted a couple before being referred to his firm. His firm was recommended by another attorney and having that endorsement made it an easy choice for me. When I am looking for a specialist in a field, I expect that professional to know his/her trade like the back of their hand. James is very knowledgeable and diligent, and meticulous in his approach. He was very quick to grasp the nitty-gritty of my situation. I would have to say that my case was probably a little unusual and it turned out to be more complicated than I had initially foreseen but that did not faze James. Retaliation lawsuit

Mr. Poindexter was very detailed, knowledgeable, and assertive with my pending lawsuit against my previous employer. We settled out of court. Mr. Poindexter is excellent with communication as well.

Stress Relief

I was going through the most stressful time in my life. James Poindexter always made me understand that it was his job to worry not mine. He never made me feel like I was bothering him or that he was in a hurry. He would call me when he new I would be stressed out and calm me down. I knew from the beginning he understood my situation and was fighting for me because he believed in me. He was always there for me and was quick to return a phone call if he could not take it at the time I called. I appreciate the professional carring way he handled my situation and know it was money well spent.
