Sharp and Effective Advice

I was recently in need of some last minute legal advice for an upcoming court appearance. I contacted Attorney James Feuerstein's office Jim was very responsive, courteous and helpful. I got a return call the same afternoon and an appointment the next morning. He took the time to answer all my questions, point out areas of concern and even provided guidance for managing the legal matter going forward. I should have made this endorsement long ago, but it is one of those "I'll do it later" situations. Now, let me state precisely why I endorse Mr. Feurstein: First, I sympathize with him. His last name is probably mangled more than my own (I don't know how many times people have called me "Mr. Dillinger"). Second (and seriously), his criminal defense answers are superb. He actually answers questions, and he does so with specificity. That's admirable and should probably count as pro bono service. I don't know if he has endorsed me--I don't pay attention to such things--yet I hope he thinks my answers are decent. He has been practicing since 1987, and when a senior attorney agrees with my answers, I appreciate the affirmation. I certainly learn from his.

I have answered nearly 7,000 questions on AVVO and in so doing I see a lot of other lawyer's answers. Mr. Feuerstein is as diligent and dedicated an AVVO answerer as I have seen. He is responsive and responsible, knowing the law and taking the time to explain it to the Asker.
