Condomimium owner vrs Condo Association & other condomimium owner regarding water intrusion thruogh common elements.

Mr. Usery’s diligence and willingness to stay on top of this throughout several months of interfacing with the Association, their attorney and the other unit owner resulted in a successful outcome. He exercises good judgement, keeps his eye on the ball and is an effective communicator.
