The issues to be resolved in this proceeding concern whether the Respondent imposed an unlawful employment practice upon the Petitioner, whether the Petitioner has a disability and was subjected to disability discrimination in the course of the purported unlawful employment practice or event.Petitioner did not prove that she had a disability that limited major life activities, that the employer was aware of the disability, and that she had requested and been denied reasonable accommodation. Moreover, Respondent was not the relevant employer.
