Jany was born in Cuba to Diana Seibane and Algis Perez. Algis was a trained engineer with an unnatural talent for problem solving and dispute resolution while Diana was a distinguished real estate lawyer and housing judge from Havana. After leaving their lives behind and coming to the United States to provide a better life for their young daughter, Jany's parents moved first to Chicago and then relocated to Central Florida where Algis became and entrepreneur in the transportation industry while Diana launched a real estate brokerage.
Jany graduated high school in only three years and then went on to earn the coveted Order of Pegasus from the University of Central Florida, an honor granted only to the highest achieving student in each degree program. As Jany entered law school, she began setting her sights on two industries with a significant amount of overlap: real estate and immigration. While in law school, Jany studied each industry intensely, gaining extensvie knowledge through both coursework and hands-on experience. Jany was accepted into the law school's Immigration Clinic as Student Representative where she practiced immigration law under the direction of a well respected faculty member and immigration lawyer.
Jany also gained significant experience while working at the Office of the Federal Defender for the Middle District of Florida where she studied criminal law, various federal regulations and later authored a thesis on the Federal Sentencing Guidlines.
After graduating law school near the top of her class, Jany became an entrepreneur, expanding her mother's creation, Professional Real Estate Team, into one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in Central Florida. Jany has been revered by her colleagues in real estate for her drive to succeed and her uncanny business sense.
In 2014, Jany launched Seibane Law in order to service the needs of foreign investors seeking immigration visas and both domestic and international entrepreneurs looking to expand or launch a new business in the United States. She has since worked on projects with Brazilian multinational manufacturers and private foreign investors.
