Pensky & Kim always comes through!

I have used Jason Pensky as my lawyer for a few years now, he has always been very responsive and effective in helping me with tenant evictions. I needed him again recently and again he produced excellent results. He filed the first paperwork on May 4th 2021 for eviction of a tenant, even in these days of CDC eviction moratoriums he was able to get everything filed and a judgement and the actual eviction in 5 weeks. Sheriff showed up on June 14th and tenant was evicted. Pensky & Kim are excellent at what they do. Thank you guys for always coming through.

Fantastic Job & Exceeded Expectations!

I was very impressed with Jason Pensky. After many phone calls to different firms and delays with other attorneys getting back to me, I landed on Jason. Competent and diligent attorney
