Used to set up legal guardianship. He is very knowledgeable, but paralegal, Connie, is not the best. She doesn't answer every email, and when she does, it's not always timely or in full understanding. Mr. Waddell is personable but very short and to the point without elaboration or explanation unless prompted. I would definitely do business with him again because of his expertise in the area of Medicaid and Guardianship matters.

The flat-rate fee (referred to as your retainer) may mean you'll be out the entire amount even if the work is stopped due to circumstances beyond your control (in my case a death.) Ask every question you can think of to make sure you understand what you are paying for, the markers of the project so you can track, and how refunds might be handled. Pay for performance is not the mindset so you must be the responsible party.
