Hello - our firm, Neufeld, Kleinberg & Pinkiert, PA prides itself on representing the most vulnerable members of our community: the elderly and injured.
Our elder-law department assists our clients in the long-term care medicaid qualification and application process so they do not have to become impoverished in order to get their bills paid.Our personal injury department has achieved record breaking verdicts - helping those who have been injured due to the negligence of another. We handle all sorts of personal injury matters. The majority of our cases involve car accidents. We are proud to have developed a nice in representing injured Uber drivers and Uber passengers (also Lyft drivers and passengers).
I pride myself in not only working hard for my clients but also being a devoted husband, father and leader in the community. I sit on the board-of-directors of the North Dade Bar Association (of which I am a past president), the North Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and on an 11th Judicial Circuit Florida Bar Grievance Committee in Miami. I am also a proud member of Leadership Broward, Class XXXII, the Florida Justice Association, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA). In 2007 I received a proclamation from North Miami Beach Mayor Rabin (Jason Neufeld Day) for my civic activismI earned my Bachelors of Arts degree from Emory University and obtained my Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration (JD / MBA) degrees from the University of Miami. While in law school, I was an award-winning member of UM’s Moot-Court Board.
