Whether Respondent, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Inc., subjected Petitioners, Jasen Baker and Bernard Southwell, to a hostile work environment and retaliation in violation of Subsection 760.10(1)(a), Florida Statutes (2004).Petitioners were called offensive names, but failed to prove a hostile environment of sexual harassment, and there was no proof that the any harassment was based upon the gender of the employees. Recommend the petition be dismissed.
