My Long Overdue Divorce

I had to wait 7 years to make this happen but I finally found a lawyer that I could afford and was with me every step of the way. He and his staff were always willing to to give me help and advice through the whole process and making it a little easier to go through!. Divorce is never easy but if you truly have someone on your side it makes it better. I appreciate every thing that was done for me and I would recommend Jason Coupal to anyone who is in need of a divorce attorney.

A great Attorney for divorcing a Narcissist

Jason was very understanding with my case in divorcing a difficult narcissist. The opposing attorney was equally difficult and the process dragged on longer than expected. I would not recommend hiring Mr. Coupal

I was very surprised to see all the positive reviews for Mr. Coupal. I just found out that the child support order he was supposed to file for me last year was never completed or finalized with the courts. My ex does not pay child support, and because the ordered, was not finalized, it cannot be in force. Mr. Coupal has left my girls & I in a very bad situation. It was his job as my attorney to make sure the order was complete and finalized. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him.

Jason is a cut above the rest.

Jason, is very through, he explains every detail to you. I never felt like I was never in the know. He responds to emails quickly and pays attention to detail. Mr. Coupal is an exceptional attorney that genuinely cares about the overall outcome of his cases. I chose to have Mr. Coupal represent me in a dissolution of marriage case in early 2017. My case dealt with a short term marriage and a child. However, after the opposing party changed counsel, the new opposing counsel took a rather aggressive-litigious posture. Mr. Coupal showed proper decorum, professionalism, and tenacity to counter the opposing counsel's attempts at vexatious litigation. Mr. Coupal shows proper restraint and persistence when advocating for his clients in the face of haughty, egotistical litigators that just want to enhance their bottom line. Beyond expectation..

We hired Jason over a year ago to deal with a ugly child support case. He did AMAZING, we couldn't have been anymore pleased with Jason's professionalism . Great honest representation!

Jason did an excellent job representing my son thru his divorce. He was thorough and honest with him all the way thru. On some occasions, I had to reach out to him and he responded very quickly and gave some great advice. He never misled my son in any way and if he felt something was not right, he addressed it immediately. I highly recommend his services for any one of the laws he practices. I say, without any hesitation, he will do an excellent job.
