Highly recommend

I had a very good experience with Mr. Fabrikant. He took the time to research my case and came back with a strategy and explained the process thoroughly for a complicated problem tenant I had. He could have charged me more money but steered me towards the less expensive approach which worked. I highly recommend him.

I have used Mr. Fabrikant several times, would not use anyone else, he gets things done immediately, he listens gives advice and options first.
