The issue for consideration in this hearing is whether Respondent's Class "D" security officer's license and Class "G" firearms license should be disciplined because of the matters alleged in the Administrative Complaint filed herein.Evidence failed to show respondent violated statute or wrongfully claimed he was a State employee. Administrative Complaint dismissed.
