Mr. Arrowood did not follow through on the case and forward proper documentation to the appropriate individuals to close the case properly. Attempted to contact his office several times, was always advised that he was out of the office and would give him the message to call, "Still waiting on that call" went into office to get a copy of information that should have been in the file, staff could not locate the file "Staff advised that they were behind in filing"....Not Organized at all..
