The issue in this case is whether Respondents' foster home license should be revoked pursuant to Section 409.175, Florida Statutes (2009),1 based on alleged violations of Florida Administrative Code Chapter 65C-13.Petitioner met its burden of proving by a preponderance of the evidence that Respondents violated foster home licensing rules and should have their foster home license revoked.
