The issues in this proceeding are: What is the amount of child support arrearages and/or past-due support presently owed by Petitioner? Whether the Department of Revenue, Child Support Enforcement Program is authorized to employ the remedy of garnishment as set forth in Section 409.25656, Florida Statutes.The Department is authorized to levy funds in Petitioner`s credit union account and apply said funds to reduce his child support arrearage.
