The issue for determination is whether Petitioner’s challenge to the failing score he received on the essay portion of the Florida Teacher Certification Examination’s (FTCE) General Knowledge (GK) test should be sustained.Petitioner did not prove any grounds for invalidating his failing score on the GK essay test.
