Whether Respondent, Cox Cable, discriminated against Petitioner, Janice B. Campbell, in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992 (“the Act”), sections 760.01–760.11 and 509.092, Florida Statutes, by disciplining and then terminating her, in retaliation for her participation in a protected activity under the Act.Petitioner failed to prove by a preponderence of the evidence that Respondent discriminated against her in retaliation for engaging in a protected activity in violation of the Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992.
