The issue to be determined is whether Respondent committed the acts alleged in the Administrative Complaint and if so, what penalties should be imposed?Petitioner proved by clear and convincing evidence that Respondent violated multiple provisions of Rule 6B-1.006 by falsifying an IEP for a student and submitting it as work product of a IEP meeting. Recommend a one-year suspension followed by probation.
