I only spoke to Jody 2 times. She refused to return ANY of my money but yet will not provide me a bill for ALL the work she said was done on my case. I decided not to file my case so I'm out $5000. When I spoke to her the 2nd time she made it clear she earned my money when I signed the contract. Wow!
