Should Respondent be terminated from his employment as a member of Petitioner's instructional staff for his alleged relationship with Kristie Lynn Smith, who at the time of the alleged misconduct was a minor student and member of Respondent's household? In particular, Petitioner accuses Respondent of a romantic involvement with Ms. Smith, to include sexual intercourse.Teacher had an affair with a student who was also his foster child. Recommend termination from employment.
