I began practicing Criminal Defense in Miami, Florida in 1980. Throughout the years, I participated in over 100 jury trials, including the most serious DUI and Felony offenses. I developed a Federal defense specialization, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers awarded me the Rodney Thaxton "Against All Odds" award in 2007, for the aqcuittal of one of my clients. I achieved nomination from the Daily Business Review in 2008 as one of the "Most Effective Lawyers" in the area of Criminal Defense.
