Legal Bankruptcy Knowledge

Mr. Moffa and his team were very helpful to bankruptcy process, gave information to compile paperwork, made sure all was correct, even advised to bring quarters for courthouse parking. Overall process was smooth.

perfect in EVERY way

I contacted the law office of Mr. John A Moffa, Mr. Moffa was in court but another superior attorney, Mr. Stephen Breuer consulted with me. Mr Breuer is an outstanding attorney, he is very easy to talk with, he is extremely patient but at the same time extremely sharp. What I really liked about Mr. Breuer is that he really listens to the facts BEFORE answering my questions. This is VERY VERY IMPORTANT, because every case is different, each with it's own set of facts. You should always want an attorney that understands YOU, rather than statistics. Mr. Breuer is very conscientious AND thorough, also exemplary qualities in an attorney. Because he is so very intelligent he empowers you to be confident during difficult times. Not only is he very knowledgeable about the law , he REALLY puts the needs of his clients first. our phone call was not rushed, in fact just the opposite. He was very patient and was willing to spend what ever amount of time that was necessary to make sure that I fully understood the law and the legal concepts that pertained to my case.

Finding John was truly a blessing! I knew in our first meeting that he I could trust him. He is everything you would want in an attorney – experienced, straightforward, sincere, understanding, available, and responsive (emails/phone calls always returned promptly). John was my light at the end of the tunnel.

I was not the easiest person to deal with due to the fact that I thought bankruptcy was a dirty word! I can't tell you how many times John and I went over the same thing. He never lost his patience with me and always had such a calming tone to his voice that made me feel like this WAS going to be okay. We were faced with the possibility of losing everything, including our home. John and his staff took my hand and walked me through every step of the process. There was never a question that didn't get answered even though it was already asked many times! Moving forward two years I can tell you I have my life back. It's such a pleasure to know there won't be a knock at the door and oh yes, I actually answer my phone now!
