The issues presented are whether Respondent reviewed the appraisal report of an assistant appraiser in a manner that departed from the standards of care in Subsections 475.624(14), and (15), Florida Statutes (2001); and, if so, what penalty should be imposed against Respondent's professional license.The exclusion of the Respondent`s workfile from the supervising appraiser`s review of Respondent`s appraisal report does not depart from the applicable standard of care.
