When my wife was in bad health, a friend suggested we contact Joan about an Enhanced Life Estate Deed modification. Since we had gotten married after she owned the house, changing the deed would have increased our property taxes. The deed change made the property owner switch over automatic when she passed away.
I have never hired an attorney that was as meek and laid back as Mr. Williams. He does not return phone calls and didn't finish my case as I have recently come to find out. If your considering him, I would do alittle more research before retaining him.
