Horrible! Arrogant attitude didn't come close to matching results. John made the claim "I have never lost a case" for reducing property taxes. He lost! He & his witness were not prepared, calling me the morning of the case to try to gather information with I did not have available for them on such short notice. The lack of preparation and poor presentation didn't go well with the judge. He didn't call me to discuss or return my call but sent a letter with the results. Very upsetting.
