Mr. O'Sullivan was very helpful, I had never been in trouble before so I had no idea what I was doing when in the court room. He sat down and talked with me through everything and helped me through the stuff I did not know and helped me decide what to do in my best interest. He is a very polite, friendly guy and knows exactly what he's doing. I Would strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone in need of help with any matter!

This review is in regards to Mr. O'Sullivan as a Public Defender for Brevard County. I would not recommend him to anyone who gets appointed him through the court. He is very unprofessional, does not return phone calls EVER, and he rarely responds to emails. When he does respond to emails he does not answer any of your questions as he "prefers" to speak via telephone. He will schedule a meeting to speak via telephone only to not answer when you call in. I had to speak with his supervisor in order to get my issues resolved. Though it was not easy getting in contact with his supervisor as he and his staff will avoid relaying the message to the supervisor. Again, I would not recommend him to represent anyone as their Public Defender. You will feel your case is not important and he will throw any plea at you to get you off of his case load. If you do end up with Mr. O'Sullivan I recommend a person who is firm and knows what they want.
