The issues in this case are whether Respondent violated Subsections 489.129(1)(g)1., (j) and (m), Florida Statutes (2004),1/ and, if so, what penalty should be imposed.Respondent abandoned construction project and failed to satisfy the lien recorded against the property on which construction project was being built. Since this was Respondent`s first violation, a fine of $1,000 per violation is recommended.
