This attorney took my case without explaining the risks, benefits and alternatives of the legal action I was seeking. The office is very difficulty to deal with. Phone and email messages not returned, or returned in an untimely fashion. Documents left with office on a removable drive could not be opened by office staff, but I was not advised of this until four weeks after I submitted these, delaying my case. I felt personally attacked when I expressed these concerns to them. I switched to a different attorney.
I had a very bad experience with this firm. Very difficult to contact office staff/attorney. Staff not well trained. No staff would ever get back to emails and phone calls for a long time. Attorneys wrote me nasty letters even while still working with my case. Would not recommend.
