Jon came highly recommended to us for a complex business dispute with partners who acquired an LLC interest in three limited liability companies. One company was the manager for the other two companies. The other two companies each owned real estate that had master approvals for a proposed affordable housing development and a commercial development. The real estate acquisition; financing and ultimate development/governmental approvals all came with numerous obligations, deed restrictions and government subsidy requirements with performance obligations by the owning partnership entities. The managing company required unanimous consent between the two co-managers. Once there was a dispute between the co-managers the managing company documentation called for binding arbitration. Jon quickly understood the technicallities and intricacies of the dispute and our ultimate goal in preserving the partnership asset while dealing with the dispute and the various documents and obligations. He successfully structured the case and ultimately managed/defended it in a very positive and professional manner . He is always available to discuss our concerns and as an added plus, which is rare for an attorney, Jon doesn't bill for the numerous telephone calls. I highly reccommend him.
