Fern Lavallee is an excellent attorney and regularly provides our company with invaluable government contracts legal and business advice. He is also highly professional and responsive.
Fern did a great job for our company. He was very responsive and provided excellent value.
Fern is a world-class government contracts lawyer. He has excellent judgment; he is an expert in government contracts matters; he is practical and business-oriented; and he maintains the highest ethical standards.
Fern is a complete professional, and I recommend him unreservedly.
Fern is truly an expert in this field, with vast experience and knowledge. His handpicked team fill in any gaps in that knowledge, which is far and few between. Fern is practical, has good common sense, and doesn't waste time or money. Plus, he is a nice person. I highly recommend.
Paul Rafferty is the best lawyer in California, if not the United States. He wins. His intellect is off the charts, and his trial experience is amazing. I've known Paul for about 12 years, and have worked with him on litigation matters, including our successful defense of a class action before it could ever get formed. I brought Paul in because I knew having him on the team meant a win, and it did.
On Matt's website at Jones Day, you will see all of his "accomplishments". What he won't write is that in 2008 I was charged by Finra for not "upholding high standards" for an email exchange from 2006 from an employer that stole $100k from me. I wasn't even licensed anymore. Matt lost badly and I was fined 410k and suspended for 30 days. Then Finra appealed and I was suspended for 1 year and fined $50k!!!! I also asked Matt to write an amicus brief recently and he didn't even answer. Stay clear
Instead of proofreading the jury instructions with co counsel the night before closing arguments and releasing the case to the jury, he chose to drink and party without reading instructions. The prosecutor changed one sentence to read "and/or" overnight. With that change my husband was found guilty because as it read - there was no choice but to convict. This should have been prosecutor misconduct as well!
Experienced and highly capable
