Very professional and helpful!

My young adult daughter encountered threats from her former employer around a non-compete clause that she had unwittingly signed. Jordan was able to explain her risks and more importantly, find holes in her non-compete clause that made is impossible to enforce. He saved my daughter thousands of dollars and a great deal of stress by quickly and professionally handling her case. One year later, she is still happily employed by her new company and there were no further lawsuit threats from her former employer after Jordan became involved in the case. We are very grateful for his expertise and patience.

Excellent representation by Mr. Richards.

We were sued by a former employee. Even though we had a contract the emplyee sued us any way. We spoke to a few firms, no one wanted to take our case. Mr. Richard's firm did. Mr. Richards defended us, he was so prepared for every comment, every objection, every idea... He caught the other lawyer on his lie infront of his client. He is super ready for anything that may come up. He is super calm, the other lawyer really tried to push every button possible, he even tried to bring up Mr. Richard's personal life, but he kept so calm... He was like the lawyers in the movies.. He really knows what he is doing, he is prepared... If we were his parents we would not have been more proud... He is an excellet atterney, smart, prepared and he knows the law. He is the only choice. Do not look for anyone else.

My experience with Mr. Richards was remarkable and lucrative! I came to Mr. Richards for help with a trademark dispute. He worked diligently to devise a savvy plan that not only enabled me to keep ownership of my trademark, but also had the other party pay ME for my troubles. It was a huge victory that never would have happened without his dedication to my case. Mr. Richards is smart, thorough, full of integrity and is truly interested in helping his clients. Awesome!!!

Jordan prosecuted a case for me when he was an ASA. He showed no mercy and took the case to trial and got a guilty verdict, when the defendant turned down what was a very reasonable plea offer. I'm happy to see Jordan thriving in the private sector, but his departure from the SAO is a huge loss for that office. I know lots of attorneys, and the best part about Jordan, aside from his smooth trial tactics, is that he REALLY cares. Oh, and he was fun to watch in trial too!

Mr. Richards and I were trial partners at the State Attorney's Office in Broward County, Florida. Mr. Richards was very professional in handling the demanding and large caseload of a prosecutor. He always came to court prepared for any and all motions, trials, and/or sentencing. He is a true litigator and a hard worker. I believe he has tact and good instinct when it comes to ascertaining the facts of any case, and his delivery of such is a performance that speaks for itself.
