I hired Mr.Elias for my divorce case which took longer that it should, due to inconsistent communication. As my divorce case was ending, i hired him for my time constraint immigration case and paid him the downpayment. He didnt do anything for a month despite of my emails and texts. I cancelled his services and didn't give my money back. He didn't even fully finish my prior case.i don't have my papers which he promised to send me. I could've hired a better lawyer.
He stole $4000.00 and NEVER filed our immigration papers. Never even started them. He closed the file and kept our money.
