I had a bankruptcy case with him. I feel the process was not thoroughly explained by him. I went to court and I did all the talking with the trustee. I was ordered to pay money back to the trustee- money that I did not have simply because I got confused with what I was being asked in court and answered incorrectly. I felt that the attorney should of advised me what I was being asked and how to answer appropriately.
