Job Well Done

Joe Saunders represented me as a litigant in the Stryker Rejuvenate Hip Implant MDL. He and his staff were well versed on the case and the potential outcomes and paths we would follow depending on Stryker's actions, responsive to my questions, friendly, easy to talk to, easy to work with. Joe's staff was supportive on the administrative aspects. In this case, Stryker elected to settle and offered a favorable settlement package which I accepted, so it did not involve going to trial. But I had the peace of mind that all aspects of the case and deadlines for submitting documentation would be handled seamlessly in my behalf. If I have a future need for representation of this type, I would definitely ask Joe and team to represent me.

Knowledgeable, informative and personable

Mr. Saunders is among the brightest and most capable lawyers I have known in 35 years of practice. He is forthright and extremely knowledgeable about tort law. He has acted as a a guardian ad litem for a severely brain-damaged child in a very complex medical malpractice case. His insight and wisdom are superlative.
