Is there less than one star

He believed kept crucial evidence that would have won my case to his self I didn't see it untill he got my case dismissed. He is a robot lawyer if your case needs proving he does not have the detective kind of skills that is actually needed to prove your case .he can go through the attorney motions . But if your case needs the digging for the information needed to prove your case forget it . Even if you ask do I need to get involved in proving my own case . He will tell you he's a super lawyer assures you he has everything under control . Then your case is dismissed . The insurance company was willing to pay me 10000 to go away . He managed to get that reduced to 2400. How super is that

Action Complete, Well Done

Bicycling, rammed from rear by SUV, in hospital, broken humerus and L3 vertebrae, while visiting my daughter in Pompano Beach. I was very pleased when daughter presented a strong recommendation from a friend for Joseph Maus to be my legal representative. While my main objective in retaining J. Maus was to have all billing and insurance matters in one place, Lawyer J. Maus made a very complete survey of the situation and led all settlements to a very satisfactory end, which I estimate to be more than 10-times better than I would have done alone. class act lawyer

Joe is a class act he recently settled a work comp case for me I live in a different state then the accident took place in. I tried to settle it without a lawyers but not successful. So hired Mr Maus and within a year case setttled and check in the bank. His firm is very professional and knowledgeable.

Disappointing

I hired Mr Maus for a car accident 15 months ago. He kept us informed for a few months and at one time he had a great legal assistant named Carrie that kept us informed with everything and alway returned all of our phone calls. I have dedicated 45+ years to the legal profession as a Legal Assistant and have worked for many different firms in both Florida and Pennsylvania. When I was injured on the job, when I ran into a brick wall with my employer's insurance carrier, it became necessary for me to hire outside counsel to represent me. I found Mr. Maus to be straight forward, ethical, knowledgeable and conscientious in his handling of my claim. We were dealing with a very dishonest insurance carrier and the waters were very muddy, but he kept pushing forward, bringing my claim to a far better conclusion than I could have accomplished on my own. Joseph Maus - Dependable, caring, trustworthy.

I had a terrible accident in which I almost lost my life and Mr. Maus and his firm were very helpful in easing my mind and assuring me that the events that had transpired after the accident would not be the end of me, although the trauma from the accident had me fearing the worst. There was always someone to speak with regarding my case and they were courteous and friendly throughout.
