Wow wish every attorney had the heart and soul this attorney has ! He listened he cared.he did!! Not sure what would have happened to me I old scared homeless .arrested unjusticely and he listened.Most of all cared and filed immediately! HORRAY FOR Attorney HOFFMAN

honest and respectable

I met Joe about 10 years ago when someone recommended him to me. From the start I liked the fact that Joe did not have an office filled with expensive trophy items, that says alot if you know what I mean. As for Joe, he was straight forward and honest. He was to the point and realistic. And we prevailed in my case!
Over the years, I have used him again, recommended him to friends and family, and currently he is our lawyer in a civil case. Everyone that Ive referred him too has had nothing but good things to say about him. Ive come to learn Joseph Hoffman is a well respected honest man, but mostly...Ive really come to like the person that he is.

Best attorney in ftmyers florida

To everyone that needs an attorney choose Joseph Hoffman.I had another attorney and all he cared about was his fees.This attorney is an excellent attorney that there to help you.And he is fast and cares about you not the money you give him! He halped me when I almost lost my home to a difficult divorce and he also does all other filds of work besides divorce cases! Everyone knows him.He may not look like an attorney but hes the best in ftmyers!

Great Attorney, that represented me through a terrable Divorce!.

I was a working mother new to Florida. I was being threatened , abused, and had no friends to turn to for help. The Fl. Legal Aid gave me three names, Mr Hoffman was one of them. He didn't treat me like a client. He spke to me like a conserned friend. My Divorce was very ugly. My exhusband kept taking me to Cort for any and everthing he could think of. Mr Hoffman was always there for me. He didn't always say what I wanted to hear, But always told me how it rilly was. He didn't shugar coat things but I never felt like I was just a paycheck either. Be couse of him my children are very sucsessful today. I owe him more than i could ever repay. He is a kind hearted man that took me on and didn't alwys do what I wanted but what he knew was in the best interest of my girls, and for me. If you need a Attorney to fight for you, that won't treat you like a number or a paycheck. Someone that will jenuinly get to know what is going on, and what can be done about the situation. Mr Hoffman is the Attorney you should call. I hope to see him one day so he can see the efect he has had on our lives and just how well my girls have turned out. He would be proud of them, and me.
